Applicants should be qualified and possess over five years professional experience from the big four auditing firms. Candidates should be comfortable dealing with Clients and have an excellent knowledge of international tax and company law.
Legal Advisors
Applicants should be qualified legal professionals with over seven years with the top five global law firms. Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting legal agreements, client advisory services, internal compliance and training.
Client Relationship Director
Applicants should have experience of dealing with the consulting requirements of a wide variety of Clients, from large listed organisations to entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. The role requires excellent project management skills, problem-solving abilities and an ability to communicate accurately and sensitively with Clients from around the world.
Corporate Administrator
Applicants should be qualified company secretaries and possess over five years' professional experience, preferably from the big four accounting firms. The position requires regular interaction with our Clients and a good knowledge of international tax and company law.
Singapore Tax Planning Associate
Applicants should be qualified tax experts, with comprehensive experience of Singapore tax law gained from at least four years of working with the top five global tax planning firms. Responsibilities include providing advice to Clients on all aspects of Singapore tax law, and liaising with the Singapore Inland Revenue Service (IRS).
Global Tax Planning Associate
Applicants should be qualified tax experts, with comprehensive experience of global tax gained from at least four years of working with the top five global tax planning firms. Responsibilities will include drawing up global tax strategies to assist our Clients to minimise their international tax exposure.
Tax Assistant
Applicants for this junior post
will have experience of international tax law as well as the individual tax legislation in jurisdictions around the world. Responsibilities will include coordinating our Clients' annual tax returns, including liaising with tax authorities in jurisdictions around the world.
Compliance Officer
Applicants should have experience of working in one of the top five global financial planning institutions. The position ensures that our Clients' companies, management and employees are in compliance with the statutory regulations of jurisdictions around the world.
Bank Liaison Officer
Healy Consultants works closely with the leading banks around the world. Applicants should have experience of bank procedures gained from at least three years' experience working with an international financial institution. The role involves assisting our Clients to open corporate bank accounts around the world, project managing the entire application process from start to finish.
Administration manager
Applicants should have excellent organisation and problem-solving skills for a role which ensures the smooth functioning of Healy Consultants' head office in Singapore. This includes coordinating with service suppliers who are crucial to the day-to-day running of the operation.
Marketing and Media Assistant
Applicants will be familiar with website design and content development, search engine marketing strategies, as well as possessing flair for creative writing. The role includes writing media articles for online and print publication, preparing industry-relevant newsletters for Clients as well as preparing Client Business Plans.
Research Assistant
Applicants will be familiar with international financial markets, economic trends and changes to tax and accounting legislation in jurisdictions around the world. The role involves compiling information into easy-to-read reports for distribution to both Healy Consultants' Clients as well as for internal use.
IT Manager
