| Our client settles our engagement fees, as outlined in the Client Engagement Letter. Only then will Healy Consultants begin providing SEO services to our client.

| Healy Consultants and our client meet to formulate objectives and agree on reasonable goals. Delivering successful SEO services depends on close interaction between ourselves and our client throughout the engagement.

| Our client outlines the keywords his company wants to target as part of the SEO services project. The keywords are those terms or phrases which potential clients will use in an online search to find the company.

| In addition to point 5. above, our SEO services also include Healy Consultants recommending target keywords to our client for consideration.

| Prior to providing search engine optimisation services, Healy Consultants drafts an engagement project plan outlining the different SEO services our experts will implement on our client's business website.

| Healy Consultants starts providing SEO services to our clients' website. First we draft an engagement project plan to our client outlining the different search engine strategies we plan to implement on the website. This is indicative of our philosophy of maintaining a straightforward and honest method of communication with our client, keeping them informed throughout every stage of the process.
