| Our client settles our engagement fees, as outlined in the Client Engagement Letter. Only then will Healy Consultants begin providing SEO services to our client.

| Our client outlines the keywords his company wishes to target as part of the SEO services project. The keywords are those terms or phrases which potential clients will use in an online search to find the company.

| In addition to point 5. above, our SEO services also include Healy Consultants recommending target keywords to our client for consideration.

| Prior to providing search engine optimisation services, Healy Consultants drafts an engagement project plan outlining the different SEO services our experts will implement on our client's business website.

| Healy Consultants starts providing SEO services to our clients' website. This is in line with our philosophy of keeping clear, transparent lines of communication with our client, explaining each stage of the process.

| Some of the SEO services we offer include: |
| i) Registering the website with Google, Yahoo and other leading search engine directories; | |
| ii) Developing the links network for the website and improving site navigation in general; | |
| iii) Redrafting webpage headings and body text, tailoring them to target keywords; | |
| iv) Optimising the webpage by inserting new metatags or amending existing inaccurate metatags. | |
10.
| Having implemented the agreed SEO services on our client's business website, Healy Consultants prepares a weekly detailed report (in Excel format) on website rankings for keywords.
